Will the inflatable harm my lawn?

An Amazing Bounce Party cannot guarantee that the use of an inflatable will not have an effect on your lawn. Flattened grass is common, however not permanent.

What surface can An Amazing Bounce Party inflatables be set up on?

For safety reasons, inflatables should be set up on a flat grassy area. Occasionally, a customer cannot fit the desired piece due to yard configuration or size. If we can not fit the Inflatable anywhere else but in your paved driveway, that may be acceptable. A driveway set up is at the discretion of An Amazing Bounce Party Inflatables. If you suspect that will need to set up on any surface other than grass, please let us know ahead of time so that we can be prepared. Inflatables will NEVER, under any circumstances, be set up on beach sand, sand, or gravel of any kind. Serious injury to patron or damage to the inflatable could occur.

Should I Tip The Delivery Crew?

Our Amazing delivery crew wants you to be totally satisfied with your Amazing Bounce Party Inflatable rental experience. They will consult with you on a proper set up location and go over all operational guidelines and safety rules before they leave. They will also provide you with an emergency phone number should something unexpected occur during your rental period. Providing a high level of customer service is part of their job. While tips are never expected, should you feel that our Amazing crew provided you an exceptional level of service and is deserving of a tip, they are certainly ALWAYS APPRECIATED.

Does An Amazing Bounce Party have insurance?

Yes. We carry a liability insurance policy. Please note that all individuals and/or companies that rent from AABP assume personal and property risks while the inflatable is in their care and or possession as covered in the rental agreement. All renters are required to sign a rental agreement prior to setting up the equipment. We cannot set up the inflatables until the rental agreement has been signed.

 

Can I unplug the blower?

The blower is what keeps the inflatable upright and safe for play. Unplugging the blower prematurely can cause injury and/or damage to the inflatable.

After use, please keep inflatable upright. Delivery crew will need to inspect the inflatable prior to removal from property. Deflated inflatables will be re-inflated, to perform proper inspection.

 

Can I turn off the water?

Yes, water can be turned off. However, during wet use a light stream of water assists with slide speed and ensures a water level in the pool.

What size best fits my yard?

Each of our Amazing inflatables has a description of their dimensions on their individual pages. Please view your yard and determine what fits best.

Does my yard need to flat?

An Amazing Bounce party will do our best to accommodate your set up needs, however inflatable set up will be on the flattest part of the yard. Slight inclines are acceptable, but An Amazing Bounce Party reserves the right to decline set up if area conditions are unsafe.

All wet use inflatables will be set up on any decline to allow run off to drain away from the inflatable.

Do I need to prep my yard for inflatable use?

Yards will need to be clear and free of debris. This includes dog waste, sticks, large branches, children’s toys, or ANY item that may obstruct the inflatable. It’s the client’s responsibility to clear a space for inflatable set up.

 

Early delivery/late pickup?

An Amazing Bounce party has a standard 8 hour rental block. The goal is to have your inflatable delivered at minimum an hour prior to your event and picked up an hour after; however, due to scheduling this may be adjusted. Additional time outside of your rental period due to early delivery or late pickup will not be charged an addition fee.
